Words to live by

This sign hangs in my office.  I intended for it to be for my patients, but often times, find myself using it myself.  None of us are perfect and we all stumble at times.  My boundaries aren't always "rock solid all the time".  I find myself saying "yes" to too many things and find myself overwhelmed, irritated and gritting my teeth through things in my personal life.  So, today, I hope you use this sign as a reminder that all of these sayings are important.
