In addiction medicine, a substance use disorder evaluation is the first step to treatment.
(these take 60-90 mins).
In mental health, assessments and a full evaluation can help rule out or rule in some symptoms you have been noticing.
Typically, a diagnostic interview will occur, wherein the interviewer asks questions related to the screening to understand the individual's substance use or mental health concerns.

Sessions typically last anywhere from 45-60 minutes in length.
We use a variety of therapeutic approaches at our practice, they include; Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Problem Solving Therapy and Psychotherapy.

We can help you look at your struggles and find ways to move forward. We specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and we take a solution focused approach.
We would love to partner with you to reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Services are provided via telehealth and in person. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length and are provided 1-2 times a week. As progress occurs, sessions become less frequent.
